Insect Unit

Our Insect Unit was a blast!

We read, There Was An Old Lady That Swallowed A Fly.

We talked about the differences between insects and 

spiders and viewed them under the Zorb microscope.

We made ants our of egg cartons.

We read, Hey, Little Ant and discussed parts of the story.

We ate "Ants On A Log" for snack!

We read, The Grouchy Ladybug.

We made ladybugs and crowns.  

We spent the week celebrating insects and decided that insects 

were important and NOT for squishing!
